us know if you want a simple cost per night on a cabin
or if you want a Special Package (listed below), which cost a little more, but gives you lots of extras.

| Our 1 and 2-Bedroom Cabins rent for the same price if there are just 2 of you. These include: A View for Two, Love Story,
Alpine Lover's Penthouse and
Grand Finale. |
Most nights in Jan, Feb, March, April, and May are $114.00/nt + tax. Holiday rates and a few special event dates may be priced at $119 and $124/nt. Call or e-mail for price confirmation and other specials. |
Most nights in Sept., Dec. and Nov. are $114-$119/nt. Thanksgiving is $139/nt and Christmas/New Year's are $159/nt. Most nights in June, July, Aug. and October are $124 thru $139/nt. |

prices are approximate as price is determined by month of
visit,
day of the week of visit, number of nights and number of

Gatlinburg tax is 12.5% and a one time reservation fee of
$40
* Holidays & Special Events: Require 3-4 nights minimum
* We do allow 1-night rents during some dates in the off-season.
* We always offer "Buy 6 nights get the 7th night free"
on any chalet!
* We guarantee check-in after 4:00 pm and check out is at
11:00 am
* All chalets are fully equipped with linens, soap and paper products
provided.
* 2 or less nights stay, full payment required when booking,.
* 3 or more require 1/2 down and the rest when you arrive.
